The residents of Hutton Roof, Newbiggin and Sealford are a very sociable lot and enjoy many get-togethers throughout the year. Most of these centre on the Village Hall and raise funds for its upkeep.

It is fair to say that most of the events also centre around food and drink, enjoying the fruits of each others labours and of local producers.

Wednesday Afternoon Club For All (inc. kids play time): now every week! 1.30 – 3.30pm

The village hall will be open every Wednesday 1.30 – 3.30 for kids play time and open house for all. Bring any thing you want to do or just chat and chill. Play on the field or in the hall; cricket, football, pool table , ball pit, duplo available. Donation requested for tea & coffee.

St John's Church Regular Services
2nd Sunday of the month : Morning Service 11am.

4th Sunday of the month : Holy Communion 11am.

Annual Church Yard Grass Cutting Mon 18th June from 9.30 Weather permitting!

Help Needed Please With
Please come along any time during the day to cut and rake up the grass in the churchyard. Tools and refreshments provided.

Stuart Williams (Fell Race Organiser) invites you to a picnic brunch around the bottom of South America! To say thank you for your help with the fell race and to explore what the team could do to benefit our fell for the future. A bit of Fell Fettling along the lines of the B4RN working parties? Stuart will be cooking up bacon butties as a special treat but please bring your own drinks and anything else you fancy to eat!

This is a public meeting for anyone to have their say,
regardless of being ,or wanting to be on the committee.

Each year the entire committee comes up for re-election and several are stepping down this year.
New members needed please. (Only about 8 meetings per year and help with about 4 events)

Crafty Chatter

Wed July 4th

Monthly Craft Session at the village hall. Come and have a go at DREAM CATCHERS, and make something in one evening! £4 including refreshments

Summer concert in St John's Church:

The Burton Singers will entertain you with a program of popular summer songs in aid of charity. Followed by refreshments. Adults £4, children free.

Jacob's Join style BBQ.
This year Leo is kindly bringing his bbq instead of the oil drum!
The BBQ will be provided and lit at 6pm, and kept going as long as needed. Bring your own main course, drink and a salad and/or pudding to share.

Everyone Welcome To a Tropic Party hosted by Natasha at the Village Hall. An afternoon of pampering and fun.
